Her specialties include Deep tissue, Prenatal, Lymphatic Drainage, Swedish and assisted stretching.

Traditional Swedish Massage: a classic and relaxing massage style that involves long, gliding strokes, kneading, and friction techniques to promote relaxation and relieve muscle tension.

Deep Tissue Sports Massage: a therapeutic massage technique that focuses on applying firm pressure to target deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue to alleviate chronic muscle tension and pain.

  • We strive to provide the best possible care, regardless of insurance coverage. We offer complementary insurance verification at your request and we take PPO plans based on coverage. If you do not have insurance or a participating HMO plan, you will be a “Cash Patient.”

  • Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. Any cancellations that are made outside of that period (or no-shows) will be charged a fee.
